How do I generate points?

You earn points through your purchases. The more purchases you make, the more points you generate in your app profile. And the more points you generate, the more and better prizes you can access in our points reward catalogue.

 

How do I earn points?

It's easy. All you have to do is take your ticket at our Welcome Centre. Once there, they will stamp your ticket and scan the QR associated with your profile in our App and the corresponding points will be credited to you.

 

How do I redeem my points?

Within the application, in the VIP CLUB tab you will see the following menu where you can check your points and exchange them for any of our catalogue prizes. Remember that you will only be allowed to exchange those products for which you have accumulated enough points.

If your prize is a service offered outside the shopping centre, our information point will give you a VIP card with the discount so that you can hand it in at the corresponding establishment and enjoy your prize.
