PIZZA CARBONARA

One of our most popular pizzas at La Delizzia is the carbonara pizza, which perfectly reflects the authentic taste of Italian cuisine. The carbonara pizza fuses a delicious carbonara sauce on a thick, freshly baked crust with authentic Italian guanciale and a generous amount of mozzarella flor di latte.
Each of the ingredients contained in this incredible pizza have been selected to offer a unique experience that transports diners directly to Italy, transforming every bite into a celebration of flavours for every palate.
Let yourself be surprised and try La Delizzia's Carbonara, it's sure to become your favourite!

PIZZA SPICY PEPPERONI

Another of our standout pizzas, this time for the more daring palates, is the spicy pepperoni pizza, with an artisan dough base topped with a generous layer of Italian tomato.
The clear protagonist of this pizza is the pepperoni, which is evenly distributed on top of the tomato, adding a distinctive spicy touch. To balance the intensity of this main ingredient, a layer of mozzarella flor di latte is added on top of the spicy pepperoni pizza. This adds a delicious creaminess that softens the spiciness of the pepperoni, offering an incredible mix of flavours.
If you consider yourself a daring person, challenge your palate by trying the spicy pepperoni pizza and discover the extraordinary mix of flavours this pizza has to offer.

AT THE DELIZZIA YOU CAN FIND MUCH MORE THAN PIZZA

At La Delizzia, the culinary experience goes far beyond pizza, offering you a wide range of options that will delight your palate. On our menu you'll find plenty of different options, ranging from starters and sharing platters to delicious Italian ice cream.
You will find a unique selection of snacks such as freshly baked Italian bread, Cantabrian anchovies, crispy smoked bacon ravioli with spicy nduja cream, guanciale shavings and Italian speck croquettes.
In addition, our starters will transport you to authentic Italy, with dishes such as vitello tonnato, burrata stracciatella from Puglia with Genoese pesto and semi-dried tomatoes, frittata di mare with onions, prawns and cod, carpaccio of matured picañaña and marinated cod with olivada.
And if you're looking for main courses, you can choose some like octopus cannelloni with foie gras and boletus béchamel, polenta with steak, ricotta panzerotti with pesto, and Iberian prey risotto, or if you're more of a pasta lover, you can find different options like spagghetti carbonara, foie lunette with truffled cream, or tagliolini with langoustine cream.
Finally, to put the finishing touch to your experience, La Delizzia has some tasty desserts for you to finish with a sweet touch, from more elaborate options such as pistachio tiramisu, Nutella pizza with Ferrero Rocher praline, or vanilla panacota with passion fruit cream, to more traditional options, such as chocolate truffles, apple pie or cannoli filled with Nutella and fresh ricotta with pistachio pistachio on top.
As you will see, La Delizzia is much more than a pizzeria. We invite you to have a unique culinary journey, where every dish has a story of Italian flavour and tradition, come and visit us and have an unforgettable culinary experience!

CANNELLONI STUFFED WITH PULARDA

One of the most outstanding main dishes on La Delizzia's menu is the pularda cannelloni with foie béchamel and confit boletus. This dish is created for the most demanding palates, combining ingredients that combine to perfection, and exploding in the mouth a mixture of flavours of exquisite delight.
The pularda, known for being soft and juicy, is used as a filling for the cannelloni, and is coated with a fine béchamel sauce enriched with the flavour of foie gras. The addition of confit boletus gives it an extra layer of irresistible flavour, creating an incredible gastronomic experience that is sure to captivate you.
Immerse yourself in a unique culinary experience at La Delizzia! We're sure that after tasting it, you'll want to repeat very soon!

PANZEROTTI WITH RICOTTA

Panzerotti, or in the singular panzerotto, are traditional ravioli with sauce and ricotta filling. They are an Italian speciality that has its roots in the Italian town of Taranto, located in south-eastern Italy, in the region of Apulia.
At La Delizzia, our panzerotti are filled with ricotta, a fresh Italian cheese prized for its soft, creamy texture. The uniqueness of this dish lies in the creamy pesto, prepared with ingredients such as basil, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, garlic and olive oil. This adds an explosion of flavours that enhances the dining experience.
These pazerotti with ricotta and pesto are a perfect choice for those looking to enjoy a typical Italian dish with a unique and delicious presentation.

AND TO FINISH WITH A SWEET TOUCH: VANILLA PANACOTTA WITH PASSION FRUIT CREAM.

To end your experience at La Delizzia with a sweet touch, we present our delicious vanilla pannacotta with passion fruit cream.
Pannacotta, a typical Italian dessert, is reminiscent of flan, although softer, and is made with cream, sugar and gelling agents. The vanilla pannacotta is the perfect base for this dessert, as it combines perfectly with the passion fruit cream, with its tropical, sweet and sour taste.
This dessert offers the perfect combination of the classic, such as pannacotta, with the innovative, in this case passion fruit cream, which will create a unique experience that will culminate your experience at the highest level.
