Ribs was born in 1968 as a restaurant specialized in American food.
Ribs is True American Barbecue, that's because we are the first family-run and authentically American steakhouse in Spain. We are renowned for our ribs, our burgers and our extensive menu of American flavors. A cozy place that will transport you directly to the heart of the USA.

Everything in Ribs is authentic: the product, made on an oak charcoal grill that has never been turned off since the restaurant opened; the service, professional but close and friendly; and the atmosphere, with a genuine and differentiated decoration and music totally made in the USA.  All our decoration pieces come directly from the other side of the pond, bought in antique shops and markets all over the USA. That is why no two Ribs are the same, each restaurant has its own exclusive pieces, but they all share the essence and authentic American atmosphere.
